At first, I was a bit concerned by the smoke odor in the rooms, which wasn't up to standard. However, the rooms were located conveniently close to each other. The service, especially at the breakfast buffet, was exceptionally nice. The hotel even offers free shuttle service, making it very convenient. The location is a mixed bag, being only a block away from the highway, which is great for exploring downtown Raleigh but a bit out of the way for some. The dining experience was above average quality, with a nice variety and omelet bar. The hotel amenities were satisfactory, providing what I needed during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with clean and comfy rooms and a very friendly staff. However, the dining options were a bit disappointing and overpriced. The facilities were good, but there were some areas that needed improvement.
